Blondie cheesecake

I recently posted a blondie recipe and many people liked it and appreciated the recipe, so I decided to do an upgrade and to turn a simple blondie cake into a blondie cheesecake with blueberries jam. The result is incredibly tasty, all I can say is that you really shoud try this recipe, you'll love it.

Blondie dough

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 140 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 g sweetener

Cheese filling

  • 350 g cheese cream
  • 40 g sweetener or sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80 g blueberries jam


  • Melt the butter and white chocolate, stirring constantly. After they have melted, gradually add the eggs and mix.
  • Add the sweetener and then the flour gradually, stirring constantly with a whisk to avoid formation of lumps. At the end add the vanilla extract.
  • Mix the cheese cream with the egg, sweetener and the vanilla extract until you get a homogenous composition and add it over the blondie dough. Add from place to place the blueberries jam with a teaspoon until you add all the jam.
  • Let it cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C with up down heat and then another 15-20 minutes at 160°C on up heat with ventilation.
