  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g butter
  • 80 ml milk
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 175 g flour
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 350 g cheese cream
  • 50 g powder sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract


  • Melt the butter and chocolate at bain marie. While they are melting, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and vanilla extract and mix until they become a light foam. Add melted chocolate over the mixed eggs and mix gently. Lightly sift the flour and mix with a whisk to avoid lumps. At the end add the milk and mix until we obtain a homogeneous, fluid but thick composition.
  • Put the composition in muffin tins and bake them at 180 ° C for 15 minutes on the up-down heat function with ventilation.
  • For frosting mix the cheese cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar. For decoration I used sugar figurines with Christmas motifs.
