Sugar Free Lava Cake
I'm sure everyone loves lava cake and try it at least for once. Is a chocolate rich dessert, with a molten chocolate center. Served with a cup of ice-cream, is the perfect dessert when you want a sweet treat.The French chef Michel Bras invented lava cake for the first time in 1981. He was inspired to create a cold dessert for a frigid winter's day. After spending a day at the ski resort, the chef and other participants went home, and Michel Bras offered to make a quick desert meal in exchange for their time. He incorporated one batch of gelled ganache into a dough and baked it in the oven. This preparation method is regarded as conventional. This is the famous Lava Cake recipe that left an impression on all of your friends.According to the myth surrounding the alternate technique of preparation, the cake was inadvertently created by renowned chef Jean Georges Vongerichten at a gathering of over 300 guests. He had to expedite the dessert's baking time because of scheduling constraints. His mother's recipe had prompted him to prepare a straightforward chocolate cake, but the outcome was different since the chocolate inside the cake stayed liquid. To his astonishment, Jean Georges Vongerichten was greeted with applause when he emerged from the kitchen to apologize to the diners for the dessert. Since then, there has been another method for making this dish from a fairy tale.Lava cake is so easy to make, you need just a few ingredients and under 30 minutes you can have a dessert which will definitely win your heart. Ingredients
- 250 g sugar free dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 60 g flour
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a steam bath together with the butter. After they have melted, let them cool for 5 minutes. Add the eggs gradually, mixing after each egg. At the end we add the sifted flour and incorporate it.
- Grease the ramekin dishes with melted butter and put the composition in the dishes. To bake them, I used the Instant Pot Pro Crisp 8 multicooker which is 2in1, multicooker and Air fryer. I baked the lava cake for 10 minutes at 190-195 degrees. I recommend checking them from time to time. I served them with a scoop of vanilla and raspberry ice cream.
