Hot Dog

The hot dog, also known as a frankfurter or a wiener, is a sausage with a disputed but likely German origin that has gained worldwide popularity, particularly in the United States.
The sausage is said to have originated in two European cities: Frankfurt, Germany, is where the name "frankfurter" comes from, and Wien, Austria, is where the name "wiener" comes from. According to Frankfurt, the sausage has been produced there for more than 500 years. In the 1860s, German immigrants brought the food to New York, where street vendors sold it under the name "dachshund sausages" because of its shape. This is where the term "hot dog" comes from, which implies that the sausage is actually made of dog flesh. In that sense, the phrase first appeared in 1884, and by 1892, it was widely used throughout the United States.
I wasn't a big fan of hot dogs until I tried to make them at home. With a home-made fluffly bun, these hot dogs were delicious. It might seem hard to make, but trust me, is not. Despite the fact you have to wait for the buns to rise, thw whole prcess is very simple.
