I made a special category for pasta on my website, and you will find out that I love pasta, it's the food that always saves me when I don't have time to cook. I tried many recipes of pasta but this one with shrimps and lemon is so so good. If you love pasta as much as I do, you have to try this recipe, it will bring "a rainbow on the roof of your mouth".

  • 120 g spaghetti
  • 250 g shrimps
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Add water and salt in a pot and let the water boil. When it begin to boil, add the spaghetti and boil according to the instructions on the package.
  • In a pan add the butter, olive oil, finely chopped garlic and heat until golden. Add the shrimps and let them fry until pink. Over add 7 tablespoons of water from boiled pasta, mix and leave on the fire for 5 minutes. At the end add the pasta, let it boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Add chopped green parsley, lemon juice and parmesan.
