Tuna Sandwich

I never tried tuna sandwich before, but this sandwich is game-changer. Maybe the combo between cheese and tuna might be weird for some of you, but trust me, this sandwich will be the best you will ever eat. I choose a healthier alternative for mayonnaise and I added Greek Yoghurt. The crunchy baguette, melting cheese and tuna mixed with olives and pickled cucumber is one of the best breakfast, brunch, or lunch you can have.
Also, tuna is a source of protein, low in fat and calories and is quite affordable. Even if is low in fat, tuna is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids which are essential dietary fats, beneficial for heart and brain health.
Tuna can be easily introduced in your diet. You can make different type of foods, including pasta, salads, patties, mousse and whatever you crave. But before trying any other recipe, you must try this one. This sandwich is healthy, delicious, easy to make, perfect for away and most important, is so tasty that might be addictive. Don't believe me? Just give it a try.
