Cut the baguette in 2. Place the slices of cheese and mozzarella on one half of the baguette and grease the other half with olive oil. Put the baguette in the oven at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
Drain the liquid from the can of tuna. We put the tuna in a large bowl. Add the pickled cucumbers and chopped green olives, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and mix.
Put the tuna salad on the baguette slice that was greased with olive oil, add the baked peppers cut into strips and arugula. Assemble it and the sandwich is ready to be eaten.
