Wash the mushrooms, cut it and cook in a pan in olive oil. Add salt and let the mushrooms on the fire until they are completely cooked.
Crush the avocado, add salt and crushed garlic and mixed until you got a paste.
Put a tortilla in a grill pan, add half of the avocado paste, mushrooms and cheddar cheese, folded it and left it on each side for 2 minutes. To the same for both tortillas. The end result was a delight.
