Paws muffins
A friend showed me once a very interesting idea: paws muffins. They seemed very nice and easy to make so I made them too and all I can say is that they are too adorable to be eaten
Ingrediente
- 250 g făină
- 3 ouă
- 80 g zahăr
- 100 g unt moale
- 120 ml lapte
- 2 lingură cacao
- 2 linguriță praf de copt
- 100 g mascarpone
- 1 bag chocolate hazelnuts
- 1 tbs zahar pudra
- 1 pack Oreo cookies
Instrucțiuni
- Mux the butter with the sugar, added the eggs one by one and mix until the ingredients are homogenized. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa, mix again and finally add milk.
- Put the composition in silicone molds and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
- For decoration mix the mascarpone with 1 tablespoon of powder sugar. Place an Oreo cookie in the center and a few hazelnuts wrapped in chocolate on the edge.
