
Olive Salad
This salad with olives is so easy to make and will surely conquer you from the first bite. It's an explosion of textures and flavors that come together perfectly. If you are a little reluctant about this combination of olives, tomatoes, red onion, pomegranate and pecans, you don't have to be. Ingredients
- 200 g green olives
- 100 g Kalamata olives
- 1 red onion
- 50 g pomegranate seeds
- 50 g pecan nuts
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- salt
Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the olives and put them in a bowl. Finely chop the parsley, onion, cherry tomatoes, and pecans and place them over the olives
- Add the pomegranate seeds, olive oil, pomegranate molasses and salt to taste and mix. This salad is so simple and easy to make.
