Halloumi burger

A hamburger (or burger) is a sandwich made from one or more "patties" of minced meat, usually beef, placed inside a bun. Most often they are served with salad, tomatoes, onions, bacon and sauces such as mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup.
The term "hamburger" derives from the name of the second largest city in Germany, Hamburg. The abbreviation "burger" has eventually become a stand-alone word that is associated with various types of burgers, including vegans or vegans.
When German immigrants began arriving in Chicago and New York, many existed by opening restaurants that most often had Hamburg steak on their menu, being the most expensive dish on the menu. During the Industrial Revolution, workers were allowed to eat Hamburg steak but it was quite difficult to eat it as such, so a creative chef introduced the steak between 2 slices of bread.
Hamburgers have become a symbol of American cuisine and are loved all over the world. There are different varieties of burger, vegan, vegetarian, but the most appreciated and eaten is, definitely, the classic beef burger,
You probably already know that I love burgers, especially those with halloumi cheese. I'm not a big fan of meat so 90% of the time I chose for vegetarian/vegan burger. I always play with the ingredients trying to get different combinations of tastes, I never make 2 burgers the same, I always use other ingredients and every time I am amazed at how good a burger can be, even without meat. The secret of a good burger is a fluffy bun, but I will share this secret with you another time, because the buns used for this burger did not take a single picture. Until another one, you can try this recipe, it is ideal if you are a vegetarian and I recommend it even to those who are not for a little diversity in the menu. I like to serve the burger with fries at Air Fryer and garlic sauce with yogurt, but you can serve it with whatever you want.
