For bun

  • 250 g flour
  • 25 g butter
  • 50 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 g yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • sesame seeds

For burger

  • 1 slice of halloumi
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 slice grilled eggplant
  • 2 slices of tomatoe
  • 2 salad leaf
  • ketchup



  • Put water, milk and butter in a pot and leave it on the fire until the butter has melted. Do not let the mixture boil.
  • Mix the yeast with the sugar and pour over the flour. Add the slightly cooled liquid and mix until you get a light dough that does not stick.
  • Form the buns and place them on a tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for 20-30 minutes. After the time has passed, grease the buns with the beaten egg and sprinkle the sesame seeds. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.


  • Put the halloumi cheese on the hot grill and leave it for about 3-5 minutes. After the halloumi is ready, put the bacon and the eggplant slice on the grill.
  • For assembly, cut the bun into 2, grease both bugs with ketchup, place the salad leaves, tomato slices, cheese, eggplant slice, bacon and the other half of the bun. Serve with potatoes.
