  • 1 pack lasagna sheet
  • 700 g miced chicken
  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • aromatic herbs


  • In a pan add the oil and miced garlic and let it cook for 1 minute. Boil the meat in a pan, seasoned it and left it on the fire until it was almost completely cooked. 
  • Boil the mushrooms separately. When they are ready, cut them into pieces and put them over the chicken breast with the tomato sauce. Add salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.
  • In a tray put 2 tablespoons of tomato pulp, lasagna sheets, minced meat and so on until the last layer was one of lasagna sheet. Grease the sheets with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and put the lasagna in the oven for 40 minutes. Put the grated mozzarella over it and left it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
