Overnight oats with caramelized apples

How can you start a good autumn day if not with a breakfast suitable for this season? Over night oats with caramelized apples is the kind of breakfast you have to try on a autumn day. The warm apples and the cold oats make the perfect mix. The recipe is easy to make and takes just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 150 g coconut yoghurt
  • 80 ml almond drink
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 apples

Instructions
 

  • In a jar add oat flakes, chia seeds, the yoghurt, the milk and honey and mix all the ingredients. Let the jar in a fridge for 2 hours or over night.
  • The next day, before you serve the flakes, prepare the caramelized apples. Dice an apple and cook it in a pan with the sugar. You can add cinnamon, cardamom or any other spice you like. Now enjoy your breakfast.
