

Overnight oats with caramelized apples
How can you start a good autumn day if not with a breakfast suitable for this season? Over night oats with caramelized apples is the kind of breakfast you have to try on a autumn day. The warm apples and the cold oats make the perfect mix. The recipe is easy to make and takes just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 40 g oat flakes
- 150 g coconut yoghurt
- 80 ml almond drink
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 apples
Instructions
- In a jar add oat flakes, chia seeds, the yoghurt, the milk and honey and mix all the ingredients. Let the jar in a fridge for 2 hours or over night.
- The next day, before you serve the flakes, prepare the caramelized apples. Dice an apple and cook it in a pan with the sugar. You can add cinnamon, cardamom or any other spice you like. Now enjoy your breakfast.
