Chocolate cookies
Christmas is coming and I'm sure you're looking for easy and tasty Christmas recipes. In my family, making sweets for Christmas is kind of a tradition, I always make sweets with my mom but this year I started to Christmas recipes season earlier and first recipe is this amazing recipe of chocolate cookies. It's easy to make and you will definetly impress your guests with it, they will love it.
Ingredients
- 300 g chocolate
- 80 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 225 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 g dried cranberries
Instructions
- Melt the butter, chocolate and the sugar at bain marie and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. While the chocolate mix is cooling, mix the sugar and the eggs until the eggs double their volume. Add the melted chocolate and vaniila extract over and keep mixing. Mix the flour with baking soda and it gradually, keep mixing until you get a homogenous composition. Add the chopped white chocolate and the cranberries and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- In a tray lined with baking add a spoon or ice cream cup of the composition taking care that there is enough distance between the lumps of dough because they will expand a bit.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. You can serve it hot or cold, with milk or simple.
