The recipe is simple, so, you have to try it and you'll see that you'll love it too!
Ingredients
Brownie
- 150 g chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 80 g cocoa
- 80 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 g raspberries
Cheese cream
- 650 g cheese cream
- 100 g powdered
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Raspberry coulis
- 400 g raspberry
- 30 g sugar
Instructions
Brownie
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. After they have melted, transfer everything to a bowl, add each egg in turn and mix until you get a homogeneous composition. Gradually add the flour, stirring, then add the cocoa, salt powder and vanilla essence. Mix until the flour is incorporated and at the end add the raspberries and with a spatula or spatula mix very little, as long as the raspberries are part of the top.
- Pour everything into a tray with a diameter of 23 cm lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes, on the function of heat up and down.
Cheese cream
- In a large bowl, mix the cheese with the sugar and then add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly. At the end add the vanilla extract. After the top was baked, I poured the cream cheese over it and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 ° C on the heat function just above.
Raspberry coulis
- In a frying pan I put the raspberries with the sugar and left them on the fire until all the water evaporated and you get a denser consistency. I let everything cool and then I passed the raspberries using a vertical mixer, but you can also do it with a blender. I added the sauce over the cheesecake after it had cooled and decorated with fresh fruit.
