Pork Chop with Mushrooms and White Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 slices pork chop
- 500 g mushrooms
- 100 g baby spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- 30 g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and season the pork chop slices with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Set the multicooker to the saute function for 3 minutes. Add10 g of butter and a spoon of olive oil, add the chop slices and fry them on both sides. After the chop slices have been fried, take them out of the multicooker bowl.
- Set the multicooker again to the saute function for 4-5 minutes. Add the remaining butter, the mushrooms and sauté them. At the end, add the crushed garlic, the chop slices and set the multicooker to the pressure cooking function for 8-9 minutes. When the program is ready, release the pressure.
- Add cooking cream, spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook everything on the saute function for 8-9 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
