Pork Chop with Mushrooms and White Sauce

Pork Chop with Mushrooms and White Sauce

If you also like pork chop but don't know how to cook it, you must try this version with white sauce, mushrooms and spinach. It's ready in just 30 minutes, and the meat cooked in the multicooker will come out extremely tender and flavorful. If you don't have a multicooker, you can also make the classic recipe, using a pan, but I don't guarantee that the cutlet will come out as tender.
Also, if you want to reach your daily protein requirement and you are tired of the classic chicken breast, you can try the pork cutlet. A portion of pork chop contains around 24-26 grams of protein. The protein from the pork chop is a high-quality protein because it contains the essential amino acids needed for your diet. It is also lower in calories, a portion of pork cutlet having around 140 calories.
Also, the pork chop contains 15% of the daily requirement of iron and 30% of the daily requirement of zinc. However, pork must be consumed in moderation because it has been associated with cardiovascular risk, but pork cutlet, being richer in protein and low in fat, does not pose any major health problems.
Coming back to our recipe, I hope you try it because it is delicious, quick to make and perfect for lunch or dinner.
