Vegetarian quesadilla

Quesadilla is a mexican dish made from a wrap usully filled with cheese, meat and beans and grilled. What is great about quesadiila is that you make adapt it to may different styles, you can add any ingredients you want and you will get a tasty result.

  • 2 wraps
  • 1 avcado
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • fresh spinach
  • 7 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • lemon juice


  • Ripe the avocado, grind it with a fork and mix it with lemon juice and the garlic glove.
  • Pun one wrap in a hot pan, grease it with avocado and add mozzarella, the tomatoes cut in half and the spinach. Add the other wrap on top and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Turn the quesadilla on the other side and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. You can serve it with some salsa or sour cream
